We  partnered  with Vinculo to co-brand       3Beans Cafe Coffee.  Vinculo is a Memphis, TN based coffee distributor and roaster who directly serves the farmers and distributors within indigenous and hard to reach places - no middle men here, the money is handed directly to the farmers who grow and pick this coffee.  We  align with their mission to bring a quality roasting experience through ethical means with every cup - we roast locally in order to check quality. They use all fair trade methods.  We aim to partner with local ministers, missionaries, community leaders, and church planters to support communities.         

A portion of all sales goes back to heal community through the Arts.  By drinking 3Beans Cafe Coffee by Vinculo, the customer is directly helping to make communities around the globe stronger. Currently Vinculo works with farmers in Chiapas Mexico (Vinculo’s signature blend), Zongolica Mexico, Xalapa Mexico and Ethiopia. Peruvian and Nicaraguan beans are to be added within the next few months.  3Beans Blend is offered for Wholesale and Retail.

Sourdough is naturally leavened bread, which means it doesn't use commercial yeast to rise.  Instead, it uses a 'starter' -- a fermented flour and water mixture that contains wild yeast and good bacteria 00to rise.  This bread also produces the tangy flavor and slightly chewy texture you'll find in sourdough.  Made with love!
